The Great Indecision Council est un autoportrait collectif involontaire de nos angoisses, de nos curiosités et nos recherches nocturnes projetées sur les pierres d'une forteresse médiévale. L'œuvre de Romain Tardy est la plus frontalement contemporaine du parcours, et probablement la plus inconfortable.

Le festival propose une programmation riche et immersive, réunissant artistes internationaux et talents émergents autour du mapping vidéo et des arts numériques. Projections monumentales, installations lumineuses et performances inédites transforment le Château de Vincennes en véritable scène à ciel ouvert.
